As predicted buyers are here and buying in the summer while prices are very attractive. Many are looking at waterfront condos on the beach. I've been part of and seen great opportunity to place buyers in condos with direct Full Gulf of Mexico frontage in the $400,000 range. Today in the Venice Area Hot Sheet is a Salt Water Canal Front home with quick access to Gulf of Mexico under $400,000. This is boat in the backyard and walking distance to beach location.
On the low end of the market I'm seeing homes priced below $100,000 in the Venice Area again. Lenders want buyers to know that 100% financing is available through FHA programs with excellent rates and they will look at buyers with less than stellar credit. If your searching for Bank Owned properties just Google the Big name lenders in the industry and look for their REO department. Most of them post their foreclosure properties online.
